Through the enrollment form we collect a parent or guardian's name, email, a Telegram username or phone number, the child's first name, age, school grade, time zone, Russian level, program choice, and any notes you choose to share. We do not collect the child's last name, birth date, school name, home address, or photo.
We use this information only to confirm the age cohort, schedule, and materials list, to contact you about enrollment, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent family information.
[DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION POLICY] Applications are kept only while they are needed for enrollment, then deleted on request.
Only a parent or guardian may submit an application. Children do not create accounts and are not asked for personal data during sessions.
You may request a copy of your application, a correction, or its deletion at any time by writing to coach@bloomwards.co.
